question about buying acct

Moved about 3 months ago I decided to start a buying acct Now I am in a private house and use there wireless internet different billing and shipping from were I reside in same town. Now just wondering if they have a buying acct already does it matter if I started one up. I was assuming ebay let you have 2 buying acct in the same house hold. Now my buying account was suspended and I was guessing g it was the ip. Computer was new and cleaned do I have to follow the stealth rules just like a selling acct? account lasted a week and I did purchase stuff so I'm guessing it was the wireless.

You started a buying account, then you moved to a new place...and now your using the internet at your new place.

Doesn't matter if you move, you will want to get some cookies with the new IP.

Buying Accounts aren't like selling accounts....you can have a few going to the same address or using the same IP.

If you think it was the IP then following stealth rules will be pointless if you plan to use their Wifi. Perhaps you should use your own Internet for your accounts (Sellers or Buying Accounts)
