Free PCC Plus $5 no SSN required

I hate to SPAM guys, but I thought this was too good to pass up. Especially for those of us who don't have a SSN. You only have to have a credit or debit card.

Well, there are fees for loading the card. 1.5% & It's 10 cents to send any amount of money and free to recieve. Of course there are also ATM withdrawal fees as well, $2.75 which is a little more than my paypal debit card. Only thing I don't like is that you are charged $1.75 if the transaction is declined.

I tried to sign up a few weeks ago. Their website is utter garbage. It wouldn't process my signup for some reason.
