Using GoTo My PC to control remote accounts

Anyone use GoTo MY PC to control multiple accounts/computers to keep things truly separate? Just wondering if Ebay would be able to track the IP address of the controlling Mac/PC, or would they only see the IP address of the computer being controlled?
