Default IP & Paypal

I've got a new router, so it's never been used with ebay, I'd just about worked that much out my self before reading the stealth guide.

However I did log into paypal (that was linked to my old problem ebay account) without thinking when we first got it. I've not had any suspensions or problems with my old paypal account, just ebay.

Having now read the guide I thought it would be best to just change my IP to be on the safe side.

I've found the MAC address but it won't let me change it.

What are the chances of getting caught if I try do set up a new ebay & paypal accounts now with out changing anything?

It was about a weekago I logged into my old paypal (on a different PC but using the same new router), could it have changed the IP it's self by now?

Did you check what your IP is when you turn your router off and on again?

Your ISP gives you fixed IP or dynamic IP?

Test it in here.

I hadn't checked if it changed, it did.

Thanks very much
