Account limited due to link to another account
I have an account limited today, this account is 4 years old and has zero charge backs and disputes. Today, they limited my account because it shares one piece of information with another account that I created for my company and that only lasted a week before PayPal closed claiming "Security Reasons", this new account never had a dispute or charge backs and it's been closed for 30 days, I'm waiting to see if I can withdraw the money in 45 days, the point is that they limited the older account and saying that I need to resolve the issues with the other account. My questions are:
How can I solve the issues with the new account if this was closed definitely? And the case cannot be appeal.
Will I lose the older account as well as the new account? I don't mind losing the new account but the older one I need it.
What can I do to solve the situation with the older account if I can't solve the issue with the new one that is what PayPal is requesting?
Will the funds in the old account (300$) be held forever since there is no chance to solve the issues with the new account?
The best scenario for me is to have the new account closed and the old account restored. Is that possible?
