Unhappy Paypal can't transfer fund. "Don't recognize your device"

So this has been one of the recent issue that some are facing. I keep on getting the message "we don't recognize the device that you are using... Text verification". I had called in and the supervisor override the system and lifted this issue and I was allowed to withdrawal without a problem. After two weeks, I tried to withdrawal again and experience the same issue. Called in and the rep said that she didn't see any wrong on her end, and it could be caused by my bank. These are stealth accounts and i'm using them with capitalone... so here is my question. If I were to request for them to send me a check, can I sign it and endorse to "the real me" and deposit it into my bank? will this trigger their system and shut me down and block the transaction?

No idea whether they would catch on to that on to that, but I'd say just do it and then be done with that account. I've noticed that this happens a lot, especially with certain banks or green dot bank withdrawals. That's why the most important thing to do when you set up a new account is to have a phone that you can keep active, a tracfone is perfect cuz you just reload it. But any phone that you add later on will get this message and you're kinda screwed because even if the phone is in your name, you still gt the error 'this phone doesn't appear registered in your name'. Don't try to change your phone number later on, a phone added later won't ever get a text or phone call. Set up a new account with a cheap phone and add minutes as you need to.

I did get a new number and it was verified through the home page with text verification as well... but on the WITHDRAWAL page, it requires a second verification, the new number is also listed but it did not allow me to use the new number.

The key is you cant use a second number it needs to be the same number you created the account with and if that still does not work it is pretty grim i tried virgins, tracfones and a few others with no success. The only thing that worked consistently was an actual registered landline in the same zip as the address on the account and I would call gas stations or 7-11s and have the nineteen year old clerk give me the code, sounds retarded but it works.

so lets say I get a legit phone when registering for a new account and have it verified completely with the text and security code... how often will they make me verify again? is it going to be an occasional thing for withdrawing funds? btw, from reading through a lot of the posts on here, some mentioned that a BLACK tracfone simcard will receive text and calls from PP.

Not necessarily true on the tracfone but the same number from the begin is the best scenario

Yep that's the key, the number used when you create the account needs to work the life of the account and you will have no issues with verification, and eventually that message stops comming up as the account ages and you verify it with your phone several times

I been using a VOIP like Text+ and for $1.99 you get a subscription and it will automatically renew if u want every year and you get to keep the number for a whole year

With most VOIPs u can receive the code by text with eBay and with PayPal once the number is verified u will see a 4 digit code and u need to select Call option and when u get the call push in the 4 digit code and your verified

But TracFone is a better option , you can get calls or texts

Tracfone is not ideal it has lost its flavor, really all prepaids are starting to struggle with stealth. It is a smart play by ebay and pp

should i call back and turn down those required documents and just wait 180 days? or is there an automatic 180 days wait whenever an account is limited?

I had about 7 transactions total. Buyers already left positive feedbacks so no cases/refund. Just had a look at the restrictions again..i can STILL receive money..wth? Were you serious with that picture though? lol.

Yes on the photo why not, def will get you perm banned. 7 transactions happy buyers reach out and see if they will take a refund and send you payment again since they already received goods at 70 cents on the dollar or something like that. Some will screw you others will do it no problem
