Paypal limited on all 3 accounts, please help!

Hi, i've a few of my paypal accounts limited therefore i turned to Stealth.
I have opened 3 new UK accounts using the stealth step by step guide. On Paypal i have reached the maximum limit per calendar year of 2500 Euros and now paypal is asking me for Identification and proof of address.
I can't provide these documents hence the reason why i went stealth.
I will be grateful if someone can tell me a way round this problem or a way to avoid this in the future?
