I received the dreaded limited email. I logged into my account and nothing has changed still have pending bank withdrawals. However when I click on resolve a a problem there is a limitation. Anyone else experience this before?

my withdrawl was in pending
i thought that it will complete but after roughly 15 hour my withdrawl cancelled and permenant limit the account

Wait a little while for it all to shake out and it will be clear as to exactly what the limitation is and what you are allowed to do and not do.

is was normal limitation asking for photo id , crdit card statement plus the proof of address

So you must submit the documents they need - keep in mind, sometimes even if you submit the proof...if paypal has deemed your activity risky, there is a CHANCE that you will not be reinstated...
