Some changes about PP and VCC withdraw

Most of you already know that hard times are comming from December 1 if you are withdrawing to mychoice cards and unverified it.

During the last days i made several withdraws to VCC. I have few wallets online, some of them are verified, some not. What was noticed- looks that PP now see which of these VCC is verified and which is not. Take a look:

-8 withdrawals to 8 unverified VCC on 8 different accounts- received emails that processing will take 3 days to process and during that time funds will be pending in PP account.

-6 withdrawals to 6 verified VCC on 6 PP accounts. Received emails that processing will take 1 day and during that time funds status will be pending in PP.

(Some time ago there was period with 1 day of pending no matter is it verified or not. Never seen 3 days pending.)

-2 PLASTIC unverified mychoice cards was add to 2 PP accounts and tried to withdraw. Got "internal server error" message and limited PP in a few minutes.

-Few days before when adding vcc to PP there was NO 1 euro reservation for card check. They simply charged 1,5 euro at once. Just a few cards received this extra reservation of 1 euro. Today noticed that PP started to reserve 1 euro before verification on ALL cards, then release that 1 euro and reserves another 1,5 euro for verification. They are definately started to check something with that 1 euro.. But what? Adress? Or what? As much as i know mychoice cards are not AVS. Is that changed now?

So, mychoice now gives away info to PP about VCC status- verified or not.

And i understand 2 plastic unverified cards is not statistics, but can it be PP hates plastic for some reason? With unverified virtuals there was no problems..

Looks hard times are comming in a few days :/

Today received email from cryptopay that wevecrest, who is mychoice cards issuer, stops accepting withdraws from 3rd party to unverified accounts starting from DECEMBER 1. Everything withdrawed after december 1 will be locked in card by mychoice until it gets verified. This effects all online wallets from december 1 as they are all are using mychoice services :/

1) For serious people, documents are not a problem. Non-verified accounts are facing tremendous money-laundering and stolen paypal cashout attempts, so this had to end at some point.
2) Issuer is not sending card status to the paypal, this is technically not possible. What you've just saw is caused by :
a) verification status of the PP that uses the card
b) general health of the account
Basically fresh accs (that are under 2500 or just not so old) are having 3 day withdrawal holds, while a bit stronger accs have 1 day hold or even no holds at all.

muzzie, i understand that technically it was not possible, and this looks new to me. But all the PP accounts which i used was verified the same way with VCC and no documents sent to PP. They are all the same age and about the same "health". I simply can not explain how one of them receives 1 day hold and others 3 days and the only differece is thet vcc is verified and for some not..

It is a coincidence. They do not even see the name on the card, as it is also technically not possible. There are many factors that affect it, and today you just ran into the situation when all the factors have met.

Any info missmatch will work. The only difference will be with withdraw.

i have not received any emails from crypto regarding cards verfication, each account that i have got 3 virtual cards...

I have several accounts at cryptopay. Some verified some not. All unverified which already had paypal withdrawals in a past, received this 2 days ago:

We're sending this email to inform you about changes in know your customer policy of our issuing partner - WaveCrest Limited.

Starting from 1 Dec 2016 unverified customers will not be able to accept payments from 3rd party websites like PayPal, Skrill or online casinos. Once such a payment will reach the card, it will get immediately blocked. Moreover, all unverified cards with incoming third party loads in the past will get blocked on 1st of December 2016, unless proof of ID and residence documents are provided.

To avoid frustration and freeze of funds we recommend you to proceed to account verification. Once ready, you will have upgraded card usage limits and will be able to accept third party card loads.

All VERIFIED, and these unverified which had NOT had PP withdrawals in the past, did not received this email.

Quite logical. 01.12 = no more anonymous withdrawals. Thanks to these retards doing 100k of withdrawals per day ALL into unverified cards.
