buyer opens claim, agrees to return item, address sent to not correct
help!
I had someone open a claim wanting a refund, I complied as long as they returned the item. They agreed to send it back to me, but obviously didnt send it to the correct address because I checked the tracking and it now shows its being resent back to the buyer because of an "incomplete address"
Will paypal side with the buyer or seller in this case?
P.S. the address on the paypal account is an address where I can receive mail. ups box.
