What info does paypal send regarding Tracking #

What do you receive as a buyer after the tracking number is uploaded? I havent bought anything from paypal or ebay in awhile (just sell) and I have gotten a couple people asking for the tracking after I uploaded it. I always thought as soon as you call paypal to upload it or upload it yourself an email is sent. Is that not the case? Anyone have any screenshots

When tracking is uploaded the buyer receives an email saying your order has been shipped along with the tracking number
