Righty, sounds a bit odd to do that - won't the bank not look at the tracking information and see that is has been delivered to my address with photo.
I would be filing for seller not delivering...

Yes, I attached images to the return - seller did not provide label and reported me as abusive buyer.
It is a old top-rated seller, large business as well with 200k items sold. I phoned them...
