Well I've just done a small £10 withdrawal to test it. No phone verification message & it's shown completed straight away :) my balance is at £19.27 now so i'm not withdrawing any more for a few days...

They verify your phone by sending a code to your mobile or an automated call with a code. Haven't heard of anyone getting this in the UK though as of yet.

I haven't had any issues when withdrawing & mines a 60% verified account as well.

Private browsing mode may be a factor. On my settings,
I'm not in private browsing mode & the cookies are enabled. When i put eBay & Paypal up, my user id is already automatically there, i just have...

The minimum withdrawal is 10.00 USD though so that wouldn't have worked anyway.

Do you usually withdraw large amounts though before you tried the $1.50?

Any updates guys? How much money are you all trying to withdraw? Is it very large amounts? That could be why? If so, try lowering the amounts & see if you still get the phone message.

My PayPal account from 2011 is only on 60% & I haven't had any problems. It's fully verified, confirmed & all limits lifted.

I think it could be a glitch or certain behaviours are triggering it....

But some tried to withdraw on the 8th which is a Wednesday & 3 days ago on the Friday & none are weekend days?

Also Tag123, the minimum withdrawal amount for the US is $10.00 so $1.50 wouldn't...

I use ipburger.com to check my IP. IP addresses can & do change so I don't think that's the main reason. My IP address has changed numerous times but my cookies have still been in place on my laptop...

When did you last withdraw & how much are you trying to withdraw? Does it not give you an option to answer security questions?

I've not been asked to verify & I withdrew today & also on the 6th....

Are many from the UK getting this? I withdrew on the 6th of October & today & wasn't asked to confirm anything. Both completed straight away & was in my bank within 2 hours. I only have one stealth...
