A dozen withdrawls in and i can confirm no issues at all with lloyds business bank

Wouldn't use them for anything other than withdrawing paypal balance though, their fees are extortionate.

I got my smile bank account details though but same error message

"disabled"

yeah this makes sense to me

Do they detect a VPN from IP addresses you use - so regular ones are known - or can paypal just detect you are connecting anonymously via a VPN connection?
