With my verizon hotspot I never got a repeat IP in 10 months time and once I have it on for 20-30 mins it keeps one IP, even after I change them it's stable

The trick with the verizon hotspot is to turn it on make sure it's plugged in so it doesn't shut down if battery drains , and the longer it is on it will lock into one IP, and it will be a strong...
