hmmm so I phoned paypal, they said my documents were just received at the top of the queue yesterday and that the passport info was being sent to be reviewed and they will be in touch within 48hours...

I got limitation on account even though I sent them documents over 3 weeks ago? I just logged in tonight and it was limited saying I had exceeded 2500euros and money laundering rules applied.
