Its the same time you get the payment
Get a payment at 5pm, it will often be release at 5pm on the correct day (be that 5/7/21 or however many days later)

You may well need to issue a refund, pay fees ect so really it is always good to keep some funds in your account
Have you marked the item as dispatched and uploaded tracking information?

Bare in mind its rare for it to actually be held for 21 days
As soon as the hold is up then you can withdraw, although generally its best to leave it for a few days and then not withdraw it all at...
