Search ebay in help and contact at the top of My Ebay: "Paypal funds held" and it will tell you..... That does not mean paypal wont be holding funds themselves for a while.

Actually, no. Paypal has a different set of rules for non ebay sales. It is less dollars, less days and less transactions but yes, holds for non ebay transaction for new accounts still exist.

you can search, "Why does paypal hold my money" in the help section of ebay and it will tell you exactly what you need to do and how many days for the likelihood of holds coming off. Then add a few...
