I've removed the flash in the browser. That was one of the steps in the guide.

The other two were the CCleaner, which I'm not so happy with due to using the free version.

I'm trying to implement what the guide says, but it makes it harder when its out of date at every turn.

CCleaner on the free version doesn't have check boxes for anything flash here as posted in...

Perhaps you misunderstood me. I don't plan on deleting cookies every 5 minutes. Just this once to clear the old history, instead of setting up a new user account, because i only plan on running one...

I'm getting tired of hearing everywhere that the guide is outdated, in yet one more respect. Since its sold for considerable $$$ would it be so hard to update it?
