Yep that was yesterday :)
I found though that it seems to be sometimes, thirty days, then three days...its like it goes in to a que for manual review, and that takes the usual 72 paypal hours...

Same with me on this one, I was expecting a couple, none have appeared..maybe they are running late due to the amount of accounts they have been limiting.
