I'm sorry to hear that. As I said, I've done it several times, to VERIFY, not withdraw, with 0 issues on PayPals end.

I'd make a video to prove it, but some people on this forum are allergic to...

I don't understand, still.

Ally is NOT a "pre-paid card". They are a bank. A legitimate bank, although they happen not to have brick-and-mortar locations.

I created and verified a PayPal...

My account creation process, in brief:

Create PayPal account on new IP. Entropay VCC, Google Voice #, Allybank account. Verify everything right away. Wait 3 days, login to Ally, confirm deposits...

Not sure what you mean "ally.....or any other prepaid card".

I was not aware Ally had pre-paid cards.

As I said, I do the slow "manual verify" with deposits, never had an issue verifying...

Never tried it. Everytime I add a bank account, I do the slow "manual verify" where I confirm the 2 under 1.00 deposits.

Probably why Mike had issues with Ally, if I had to guess.

About a half dozen or so....then they called me and asked why I had deposits in mismatched names, I explained for PayPal verification, they said you can't use Ally for business and don't do it again...

Allybank works just fine for verifying an account...just don't ever try to withdraw funds. They hate mismatched names.
