The sale is so old that ebay no longer lists any details. I may give them a call tomorrow and see if they can help me out with it at all.

Looking for a little advice if there is any available on this sort of thing.
As the title says, a customer has opened a charge back case on paypal. I assume because its now too old for an ebay...
