when you make a business account out of a private, you just upgrade your current private account to a business one.

I gave them a call again, they said they would escalate it to higer-ups so they could review the account (or do similar kind of ****) and they will call me back within 7 days.

I called them and I found out that promotional offer of 20 FREE listings per month is only applicable to private sellers...

Hello. I have come to that selling allowances that I can no longer request higher selling allowances unless I upgrade to a business account.
The thing is, I have not registered my business activity...
