Well given they aren't asking specifically for invoices and supplier info, I'd agree that it looks like it may well be linking.

The items are the same across all three accounts?

When you sell an item on ebay, the paypal payment has a description of why the money is being received with a link to the ebay item.

Very likely it's the items that are causing the issue. The limitations are probably being triggered by the ebay description title....
