You can add a US bank account to a UK PayPal for withdrawing purposes if done correctly.

However, you cannot add a US bank account to verify a UK PayPal

agree with others you can only use them to withdraw money

yes wolrd first offer UK, US and EUR accounts they charge 2% I think

paywithfire offer UK and EUR accounts, only charge 49P per transaction which is simply the best and transaction shows in the account within few hours

Depending how quick you add the USA bank account to the UK PayPal determines whether you need to call.

USA bank accounts can be added to most countries' PayPal accounts.
