Could someone give me a little advice, i bought a mastercard from coop when i register this i do in the stealth name and address, but what i would like to know when you register card online to get 4 digit code for paypal will the card firm send letters to that address what i get from net.

OP is referring to not a prepaid card but a MasterCard gift card which do work so long as the address match on the eBay/PayPal match

No they don't send letters.

Normally a transaction appears on your bank statement with the 4 digit Paypal code and you confirm it this way.
