At any rate, there are many who have been stiffed by Paypal. So are we to just take it and then just keep going negative when they do so?
Honestly, I am beginning to wonder how paypal even stays in business. Are they paying off people or something? | I think the argument for those that do not believe in ripping off paypal is that the only thing that company cares about is money and if that negative balance of lost monies goes too high then they try find ways of fixing the problem.
Which would be more than likely bad for stealth.
And to the Op if they used a genuine bank card then you need to loose or break it and ask for a replacement.
Also a company has the right to restart a DD on the same mandate with in a certain length of time. Paypal however do not do this, even when you want them to.
