help with stealth address

Hi All,

Been working on my plan to get back on eBay for a few weeks now and so far have the following:


1. Open new bank account with Halifax including new debit card in my real name and address.

2. Open new Paypal account in totally new ‘stealth’ name and address and attach bank account.

3. Open an Entropay VCC with same ‘stealth’ name and address and link this to PayPal.

4. Verify/get confirmed on Paypal by the 2 x small deposits to bank account.

5. Open new eBay account, also with same new ‘stealth’ name and address.

• DO NOT LINK PAYPAL AND EBAY
• CHANGE & LOG IP ADDRESS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS
• DIFFERENT USER ACCOUNTS ON WINDOWS FOR DIFFERENT STEALTH ACCOUNTS
• PAY EBAY FEES WITH A GIFT CARD OR VCC NOT PAYPAL

The only bit I need help with is which postage address to use for the ebay and paypal accounts. Would I be able to use a work address? I work at a school but the address does have anything about a school in it? All my friends seem to have eBay already so a friends address may prove difficult. Do eBay/Paypal send stuff to verify accounts by mail?

At a bit of a loss as to the 'address' issue, other than that, i think the plan above should be okay - but i'm open to any scrutiny?

1 - Debit card will be of no use with PP or EB
2 - Good
3 - USe real details for entropay
4 - Not seen the 2 small depoits for a long time. Now its a 4 digit code.

You can link the eBay and the PayPal that share the same info. You will need to.

You can use PayPal to pay fees. I just PayPal and have not had issues. Just make sure there is enough balance.

Look into rentable mailboxes for an address. More and more important these days to have access to the address.

Any recomendations for a mailbox address? I've read that eBay often doesn't like a PO box address?

Look into local storage facilities. Often they have rentable mail boxes.

I have found a few mailbox address's, one of which is £25 for 3 months which isn't too bad and gets cheaper the longer you rent it for, however to sign up I am going to need to use my real name and address and supply ID. Will this be an issue as I read that a virtual address should be set up with the stealth name etc...?

They will not share info with PayPal or eBay so that will be fine.

How many PO Box do you all have?

you can turn 1 pobox in to 2-3 addresses if you do it cleverly, parcels arriving in the name, business name minus the pobox will often get assigned to you - check this with box owners.

you can often receive parcels in your name , a variation and a business name...

I actually have 6 business accs with only using 2 poboxes successfully for several years.

This is interesting as was eventually going to be a subject i was going to bring up later on lol
Ive just got my second stealth up and running which is currently costing.around.40 to keep each month. I dare not set up anymore as i guess currently its bot cost effective to me in the early stages given that on a new account i need to be selling.slow and not often.
If this was something i.chose to do in the future, would you recommend a certain tine between making up these almost similar addresses :-)

doesnt actually matter which anyway....

time in between addresses? cannot remember probably several months, and they are not 'almost similar', think about it, tons of people use that address, it is only the name/business name/suite that differs.
example
box 1 my name - scrappy coco (no box number)
box2 my business name stevebills & associates (no box number)
box 3 the manager suite 666
then if you are a risk taker a variation of 1 or 2

my box assigns anything to me vaguely in my details....yours may not.

Anyway I doubt the forum or guide would recommend doubling up, but I follow my gut on things at my own risk and they usually work out....
