eBay reimbursment

Hi all. I set my very first stealth account up but used different name and address on ebay to paypal. its going really well. ive had my limits increased, no negatives. just 1 case opened so all in all very well.

obviously now all details are matched etc on all new accounts i make it goes without saying

but the trouble is now i get this message when trying to list

Its only allowing me to do this by a credit card. never had this before. paypal is set as automatic payment method and ive just literally had fees taken this way

Has anyone else had this and whats the best way forward?

also am i best to change my name and address details on ebay to match the paypal details. the paypal is all verified and limits removed 100% profile.
