About Paypal accounts and vcc
Hello Guys, I do have a question, I see people sell paypal accounts with ebay, but I don't understand why would you use that paypal vs your own.
If the paypal that was bought has someone else's info on it and you get some sales, if it goes too high the'd probably ask for some identity proof, ssn and stuff, if this is the case then why would you sell paypal accounts with someone else's info on it?.
If you do get a chargeback on paypal using the made account and it goes negative, it'd be sent to collections but will the person owning the account go negative?, It's a bit confusing.
I'm not sure but if I understand correctly, the sold paypal accounts are a "soft" account that allows simple sales to go through without having to use your own info, but if the sale chargebacks, what then?.
Not sure what actual info the paypal account has, if its real or ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but I have seen some instances where people would use the account to create a chargeback and then get away since the person owning that paypal account is ficticious, or someone else so the collection would be sent to a non existing person. so they would be stealing money without getting caught?.
If you can shed some light on how
