Amazon checks the WAN IP. The WAN IP will end up being different for each router.
Take note! All computers connected to a router will have the same WAN IP as each other PC on that router. Change router will give a new WAN IP but all 4 will have the same new IP. So don't try using 4 PCs on one router to access 4 Amazon accounts. You'll get busted.
So if we change the router and create a whole new account, on a computer that has already been used to access a bad account would we be good, or will will need to change the IP address in the computer?
But your biggest hurdle is not the IP address. That is the 2nd biggest hurdle. You need to change all MAC addresses within the PC you will be using to browse Amazon.
