Anyone had any luck with Visa Gift Cards, the ones from the grocery stores. There were 2 versions I seen and tried both. The first I know was a Vanilla Visa and only allowed zip code to register. The other was a Visa gift card that could register full info with address and zip. Both cards did not have embossed raised numbers. PP rejected both saying it can't verify the information. Both cards were registered online 3 days prior to entering into the system.
Am I doing something wrong?

Weird, I've used Vanilla Visa GCs, the ones where you can only enter zip, and have had success.
Yeah, AVS is only mandatory if your account is limited. I've read that ePayArea, DeluxeCard, giftcards.com, gift2go.net and Vanilla Visa's / Mastercards all work and as far as I know they don't have AVS.
also i have easy full anonymous, any name, any address and infos. Vcc's,
send straight to your Om box. also Vba - bank verification for your Us PP accts.
Vcc's are worldwide. 3 mo. exp., and 1 yr aval.
i had having to load min. $20 on tons of GC and then a $5 - 6 fee and having $$$ left over. it's allot up front. I can say many many GC's are blacklisted.
I can also get Avs - for limited accts.
