Withdraw from stealth accounts

I am confused about withdraw from stealth paypal account.Looking for a long times about it but little bit confused can someone make it clear guys.

As we know paypal can't see our bank records.But while we are adding a bank account paypal asking the informations like below:
ADD A BANK ACCOUNT
NAME ........... (Choosable)
SURNAME...........(Not choosable)
IBAN ...........(Choosable)

My question is after withdraw our funds, is paypal sending name & surname to our bank branch for match records that we already entered an unreal name at above section for stealth paypal accounts?
