 Paypal Credit Card Payments Risks Steath Account?
Recently I was permanently limited on paypal and ebay got suspended, but i was wondering I use the paypal credit card and Cannot use it either due to the suspension
my main question is if i make a new stealth account (paypal) to use with ebay, can I still be linked if i log in to my suspended paypal account *not ebay* to pay the paypal credit card bill?
