Well, Ebay has implemented their "Seller Performance or NON-Peformance"POlicy-- they take into acount, not only your negs, but neutrals,
-as well as the 4 star system, for the shipping cost, the communication, etc,
--all of that is analyzed..\
--The NON RECEIPT/NOT AS DESCRIBED--automatically get sent to pp now--unless theyre paying by m.o.- but new rules eff 11/20 prevent that-
--they must pay via cc or paypal period.. + money order/check, secondary.. BUT 95% gonna choose cc or paypal..
-- THOSE complaints go DIRECTLY to trust + safety--so be VERY CAREFUL on those..
-- how many? depends on how strong your feedback rating is, and how old your acct is.. They WILL NOT give you an exact formula, as folks will try to beat it..
--My advice- Keep your customers HAPPY, get their goods out asap, answer their emails, and be polite..
