Activity: 0% Longevity: 82% | | How to response to this kind of customer?
I have sold brand new perfume, that I got it as a gift. Never opened.
I just go this message from him in ebay.
"You muther****er...you wanna be selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ass **** on ebay you will be reported. And that is exactly what i am going to do. You sent me this ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ass Voyage d'hermes. You will refund my money within 24 hours. I will gladly mail this **** back to you. I am a fragrance collector. The **** you mailed me had ****ing glue all over the bottle, has plastic...not metal and is of counterfeit quality. Go ahead and issue a ****ing refund now. Go ahead and tell me your usual bull**** about "i didn't know what was being mailed" or "someone else fulfills the orders". Then you have the audacity to enclose some bull**** note about leaving positive feedback. You WILL be receiving negative feedback. Take care of this matter today!"
- xxxxrapist (his id)
Man I hate his attitude.
Really, I didn't know. I told him I would give him full refund plus shipping back to me and I apologized. All my auction has "No hassle refund Policy." I feel so down right now somewhat.
I try to be calm as possible.
How would you handle this kind of customers?
sorry about his language |

I would gladly tell him to go ahead and waste 7-21 days in opening a case for being such a nice guy and that you will gladly take his negative feedback.
I mean he could have been better about the situation.

Wow...this buyer was really bad and aggressive. I am sorry for you. If he was my buyer, I would not care if he report to the ebay, on the other hand, I will also report to ebay his message. I think I will do the same thing, ask him to send the item back to you, once you got the item back, you can refund his payment.

LOLOLOLOL awww man that guy is funny. From how he sounds it looks like you will be receiving the negative feedback no matter what. No matter my customers call me or say to me i would still be nice to him. You never know, you just might say something that will make him feel bad for leaving the neg feedback.

You should report him to ebay for the way he has spoken to you, although no matter what he\she is gonna get a refund just because. Funny the buyer wants a refund 1st then they will send the item back, that sounds like someone who wants a refund and keep the product. You loose nothing by letting ebay know about the verbal abuse except your money which is most likely already lost.

report to ebay and let the case go on. he wants to be an ass then you should too. I hate people like this that give such little respect. I just feel like tying a weight to his balls so he can learn to be more respectful.

He deserves being reported to ebay for being abusive and threatening, if they see the email it could possibly get him/her banned from ebay. | The Following User Says Thank You to degsey69 For This Useful Post: | |

Report to ebay. Using that kind of language and unprofessionalism is a bannable offence.

Yeah I would definitely report to ebay its verbal abuse thats uncalled for and especially since they think thats the last person you will contact. If it indeed is 200% legit sounds then like they do this pretty often and feels the aggresive language will scare you or make you think its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ since he is saying he is a "so called collector" and if its not legit then he's seriously po'd..

sorry about his language | He's nothing more than a bully. He abused you just because he wanted to be horrible. (Notice he got negged on the 8th)
Report him to ebay. Ensure you let ebay know you have a policy of full refund etc.
Keep your chin up

Man - we all deal with negative buyers from time to time...so you get a neg feedback - sucks but you keep your "chin up", keep selling, and "rack up" more positive feedback.
You reply to his negative feedback if/when he leaves it.
You block his ID from bidding.
You report his f-ugly language to eB.
Of course I would get annoyed by his language but this is what sales is about - I wouldn't waste energy even thinking about his language.
C'mon.

Thank you everyone and rsot for encouragement.
I guess its my personality that I get too emotional involved with this.
I will do what rsot exactly said.
I just reported his abusive language to ebay.
I will keep my "chin up" keep selling, and "rack up" more postive feedback |

@myprolife, yes do NOT get too emotional - aim for best product and best customer service - in sales, you have to keep your emotions on the sleeve of your shirt - after every sale, take of the "shirt" and replace with a fresh new attitude =)

Hey, don't let this pathetic little low life idiot get to you. They are ten to a penny in all walks of life.We all unfortunately stumble across toss pots like this in real life once in a while in the most unexpected of situations.Life is like that sometimes, even to the best of people.
Keep a calm & cool head. Move onwards & upwards.

I have never had a buyer be so disrespectful like this. You should foward this email to ebay and report his ass and try to get the negative feedback removed via live chat.

report him anyway.

I'm hoping the buyer leaves his negative and some vulgar words in the feedback. That way myprolife has a chance at getting the feedback removed.

that's a lowlife person, don't even think about this. Just report him to eb for using that terrible language and move on with your sales..
Have faith that not everyone out there is like that, they are a lot, but good people are more.
Best of luck |

Yep, his account is still going strong.

Did this once to a jerk off.... and ebay suspended my account, when you draw ebays attention to your account for review, if they seem something they don't like it's all over. Random people reporting you won't matter until it finally gets human looked at. Stay under the radar... Something new i also found out, no matter the time or date. relisting the same product that was removed = instant kill . Don't do that anymore even 5 months later. They flag your account.
I have 1 chick being a douch e right now asking who my supplier is . Hillariously shes threatening to contact the company. I've already refunded her and told her i was investigating. Anyway, the funny part is. She keeps calling the name of the company the name of the product instead of the actual producer... LOL
When dealing with an irate customer, they want to instigate you. Be as friendly as humanly can, anyone with any type of good head, will eventually feel bad for being such an a$$
