Probably just a temporary glitch on pp end, i get this sometimes usually works better later in day, pp is always slow and sometimes i think their server gets overloaded.
printer settings can be changed at pp landing page by:
main menu - options - selling tools - shipping preferences
i have to reset preferences every time i start a new account
also, when printing the label when the final approval page comes up there's a 'printer settings' blue link about 3/4 way down the page you can change it from there also
