Yes I am in the US, but I'm worried if I buy an account from you or someone else with an address in Chicago and I'm in Seattle that it will attract suspicion used from my Seattle IP. Digital downloads are technically not allowed, but Ebay doesn't bother some people, especially established accounts it seems.
So my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Ebay account is toast because the Paypal account I used with it got limited? Even if the Ebay account is good standing? The limit on that Ebay account is 1,460 items of $12,000 per month. It was doing fine in 2012, I had been slowing ramping it up as the Ebay limits were increased, and I had gotten a SSN request twice in the first 6 months, then 3 times over the last week.
