 Bill me Later on a permanently limited paypal account
I purchased an item from ebay using my bill me later account. I had a paypal account that was limited for good so I can't use it. When I checked out on ebay, my purchase was approved with my current bill me later account but for some reason the payment is sitting there pending. I called bill me later and they told me that the money was already set aside waiting for the seller to take it. I contacted the seller and they told me that paypal was reviewing the transaction. My question is .. if my paypal account is limited, does that also prevent me from using my bill me later account? If so, how do I get my bill me later account out of that paypal account? I would like to associate my bill me later account with my daughters paypal account, which is in good standing. Could I do this, and if so, how? I am in good standing with bill me later and would hate to have to give up the account because of the limited paypal account. Is paypal going to deny my purchase with bill me later because my paypal account is suspended? Someone please help quick! I don't know what to do or how to do it. Thanks!
