you should call ebay and talk to someone in the resolutions dept. They should be able to help you out. If its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking, then normally they resolve in your favor. If it real, just taking awhile to update then have to wait. Sometimes, they give buyer a chance to upload correct tracking. All depends on the rep you get.
I am assuming you tried to check the tracking on the actual carrier website not just resolution center website? They sometimes don't update on ebay.
