Amazon Review : 40 days and counting?
I created an Amazon account earlier this year. I started out just selling a couple things : a CD and software (from a reputable distributor).
After my first payment, I got the typical message from Amazon, telling me that a review period has been initiated. That was at the beginning of February.
As of today, I have not gotten any word that the review has ended. They stated that I would get a notice. So obviously it is still going on, even though I have done NOTHING since the review started. They have nothing to look at other than the first two sales and my contact/bank information.
So the question is : what is taking so long? I thought the window was 30 days. Are they actually suspicious of my account, even though there has been no activity? Is that in itself suspicious? I intend on slowly getting some sales going, but I'm just leery of doing anything during the review. Seems like every little action is scrutinized on there, and having a person watch me like a hawk is makes me sweat bullets when resuming business.
