So they would still need to be signed in.
Thinking about this would it not be possible to create a good FAQ to add to each listing and see if there is a way to word it so that it is picked up by the ebay managed communications
From ebay it states:
Auto answers are dynamic answers that we generate based on the information you provided on the item listing. For example, if you specified in your listing for a ruby ring that you offer international postage to the US, Canada and Mexico, the Auto answer would appear like this:
Not sure how good it works so it may be trial and error but I also suspect something is not right if you have so many questions every day.
What sort of questions are you getting? Not specific but sort of subject.
