Opening additional pay pal accounts is almost impossible. you can have 2 pay pal accounts. one registered as a business if thats what you would like and then a second personal pay pal account. when you go to your pay pal account add another email address then you can make this primary and keep the old email address on there or delete.. DO NOT LINK YOUR PAY PAL TO EBAY WHEN PAYING EBAY FEES... MOST IMPORTANT. Use a prepaid credit card to register on ebay to pay your ebay fees... DO NOT LINK YOUR PAYPAL BANK ACCOUNT EITHER WITH EBAY
