she said she'll sort it out for me
was on hold for about 7 minutes.. nail biting stuff
she came back and she said the back office did a few more amendments... she said wait 15 mins and then try again... if that doesnt work LEAVE IT FOR A FULL 24 HOURS - AS THE BACK OFFICE REFRESHES ACCOUNTS IN BATCHES...
she said everytime you try to make a payment, whether ebay or any site, she said you are further creating another 24hour window...
she said that right now my account (or the situation) is very sensitive
