Can You Make A New PayPal Account If It Is Not Linked To A Restricted eBay?

Hi Guys,

My original PayPal account got closed, but my eBay account was fine. I'm in the process of growing a few stealth eBay + PayPal accounts, but I also run my own webstore and would like to start taking PayPal as a payment. If I create a new PayPal account (In a different name to the original one, a family member so I can easily get ID if needed) do you think it would be ok to run this PayPal as non-stealth, or would I need to run it stealth?

If you dont run it as stealth that that means you are probably re-using your legit info. If that is the case then PP will have no problems linking the new account to the old one. It might survive for a little while but it wont last forever. So making stealth in the background is a good idea, no matter if you try making another legit account or not.

Ok, thanks. I expected this was the case, but was hopeful that I could just create a new legit account
