Don't pay from the ebay checkout-- especially using an old banned email. Get the seller's email for paypal payments and pay him directly. Thats the best way. | naw I figured it out what I did was change my paypal address old primary to the new primary my account stays the same at paypal. So I hope im ok even though my papyal is linked, but with a diff. email.
