My limits with Paypal UAE

Hi,

I was looking into buying some stealth accounts in amazon, ebay and paypal and i learned that when transactions reach $20000 per annum on us paypal, it then requires your EIN or SSN.

I operate a genuine paypal registered in uae. I am allowed to add uae credit card but i can only add us bank account.

Can anyone please advice what kind of limitations i may face if any which could be similar to a us paypal, when i reach a certain volume?
