'minus x account' is that in paypal or your bank?
Firstly contact the bank, get the Direct Debit fixed up. Get the name of staff member you talk with.
Then contact paypal and ask them to help you. Have all your info, p/w
secret questions etc. Tell them you made an error and ask them to help you. Good Luck
