Stealth PP Account but real credit card / bank account?

Hello I am from Slovakia (middle Europe) and I know it was asked many times but I still dont know what is more safety. When is Paypal Stealth, can I use my real credit card? My PP Stealth has same name as real, only diffrent adress and I hope when Paypal will see the name of card holder is same as name of PP account it will be ok? or paypal will see also billing adress? it is not same, adress is false and diffrent so what is better? VCC credit card but use real bank account? (I must use bank account of other person because my personal bank account was used in my old limited PP account)
So my question is what private info will paypal see when I add credit card? Name? Adress?
and what info will paypal see when I add bank account?
what is best choice? withdraw to credit card or withdraw to bank account? (important is that paypal cant know my real adress)

Yes. But only once. If the card you want to use, was on PP before - NO.

Depends if it is only 1st Stealth account you have created on the same name. Depends on IPs, depends on everything. But no, PP cant see b.address.

As mentioned before - my Threads about this problem. Anyway - seems like you are new to this, so I recommend you to purchase Stealth Book. Lots of info and also - Subscribers Area. Thats worth it.
