We've logged into #3 with the same IPs that were tied to the original #1 and #2 that were suspended, but ebay has not suspended #3 yet.
When we get #4 up and running we'll be changing our IP before using it, so #3 will then be on the newly changed IPs as well.
Can ebay go into their system and say "ok #3 was at one point on the same IP as the suspended #1 and #2, then we see it switched to this new IP that is on the same IP as #4, so we are going to suspend #3 AND #4 now" ?? | Ip itself will not link the account other details has to be totally different and you should be ok
After manual review if they see same item this can also cause issue
